Epitoth Fleetyards had been the industrial wing for Vigilia Valeria alliance for several years. It built the ships and equipment that the alliance needed to help protect the Empire and despite being an industrial corp in nature, spearheaded several wars against terrorists, pirates and thieves.

About nine months ago, we decided it best to join our long standing allies CVA to further enhance our industry and give the corp more opportunities in null sec. Our profits greatly increased and our success became immediately apparent with the construction of 2 outposts. Some may have noticed our presence on the IGS since then was greatly reduced as our business became very much our own.

More recently Epitoth Fleetyards has been involved in various CVA campaigns including the efforts in Catch against Ushra’Khan and the pacification of the Ammatar Mandate offering support and logistics. We’ve done a fantastic job too and I'm proud of my pilots for their efforts. I am however the first to admit that without alliance support and back up we would be unable to stand alone and achieve the things we have been.

Since our first day living in Providence it was pretty clear that our combat efforts had to step up a gear. We could no longer afford to be an industrial corporation only. Constant war over the past three years had already battle hardened us and despite our industrial success we were very much a wolf in sheep's clothing.
At Epitoth's last command meeting, prompted by continued terrorist attacks on our shipping it was decided that now is the time to shed our clothes and show the cosmos our true nature.

I hereby announce the reformation of Epitoth Fleetyards into Epitoth Guard as of 11.03.111

Epitoth Guard retains the strong industrial backbone of the Fleetyards and traditional Amarrian values. The corp spirit has not changed only our name so our allies can continue to count on our support while our enemies can continue to fear us. This portal will be updated in good time to reflect the changes.
